Bringing employee operations into one system
As our team expanded, employee administration became increasingly important to manage efficiently. Attendance records, project assignments, leave requests, and reporting all played a growing role in day-to-day activities, creating the need for a more structured approach.
To support this growth, we developed our in-house WEN App, an internal platform designed to bring core employee processes together within a single environment
Disconnected workflows and limited visibility
Many everyday processes were performed separately and included manual administration. It was necessary to coordinate attendance control, employee onboarding and project tracking, which became harder and harder as the company grew bigger.
Also, it was important to provide for different access levels for administrators, managers, HR and employees and develop an access structure that could be adapted according to new organizational needs.
A platform built around internal processes
Unlike using several different tools, our platform allows organizing all the processes related to the life cycle of an employee. From onboarding and attendance control to project tracking and leave control, important business processes are managed within one system.
Admins have the ability to configure the access according to roles and permissions, so employees, managers and HR see only those pieces of information that are related to their job.
Designed for day-to-day workforce management
We developed a custom business application that supports employee administration from onboarding through ongoing team management.

- Employee invitation, onboarding, and profile management
- Attendance tracking with punch in/out workflows
- Project management with employee assignments and time logging
- Leave requests, approvals, and balance tracking
- Configurable dashboards based on roles and permissions
- Notification and activity logging capabilities
The modular architecture allows additional functionality and workflows to be introduced as internal requirements evolve.
A more organized way to manage teams
The WEN App replaced the fragmented process of controlling the activity of employees with a more structured approach. Employees have access to their attendance reports, can submit work reports, request leaves and view the information relevant for them.
Managers and department heads have the possibility to view the activity of their teams, project participation and manage approvals.
Better oversight and a stronger operational foundation
By collecting such information as attendance reports, project data, approvals and reports, the platform increased the visibility within the organization and made it easier to reduce administration effort.
As a result, we got a more robust framework for managing teams and making informed decisions and accommodating future growth without increasing operational complexity.
